Having been in the food service industry since my teens, to eventually owning a restaurant and an upscale catering service, I have collected many wonderful recipes over time. My experiences ran the gamut from creating menus for a romantic dinner for two to a spring brunch adorned with tulips, to a Christmas cocktail party for five hundred at an estate overlooking Biscayne Bay, and enchanting yacht christenings, weddings, lobster and clam bakes. Every event was a unique experience matching the food, beverage and d├ęcor to both the occasion and the host.
